Job summary

PT Thermax International Indonesia is seeking a Site Manager (O&M) to oversee the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the customer site plant and utility systems. You will plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize availability and ensure compliance with statutory/HSE requirements.

• Overall responsibility for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant and utility systems
• Plan and control Preventive, Predictive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure high plant availability
• Ensure compliance with statutory, HSE, Environmental and Customer requirements, including mandatory Inspections and certifications
• Manage Site manpower, Shift Operations, Competency development, training and performance of O&M personnel
• Monitor plant performance, fuel consumption, steam production, equipment efficiency and operating costs against targets
• Coordinate with the customer and internal/supporting departments for daily operations, maintenance, shutdowns, breakdowns, and improvement activities
• Ensure proper management of critical spares, consumables, tools, maintenance records, operating logs and technical documentation
• Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS reports to management

Job description

The Site Manager (O&M) will be responsible for overall Operation, Maintenance, Safety, reliability, and performance of the Plant at the Customer Site. He will ensure safe and efficient plant operation, compliance with Statutory and customer requirements, effective manpower management, preventive and corrective maintenance, coordination with the supporting departments, and achievement of agreed operational and performance targets.

Key responsibilities
