Tata Consultancy Services in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to manage Tencent TKE and Google GKE environments, oversee Helm charts, ArgoCD GitOps, and Terraform-based IaC.

You will implement observability with Prometheus and Grafana, enforce RBAC and network policies, and integrate with GitLab CI/CD for reliable deployments.

This on-site role offers exposure to multi-cloud strategies and container security within a global IT services leader.

Competenze

• Experience administering Kubernetes in production and non-production environments.
• Proven ability to implement GitOps with ArgoCD and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on with Terraform IaC and Helm chart management.

About the Role:

Must Have:

• Tencent Kubernetes Engine administration across production and non-production environments
• Google Kubernetes Engine administration across production and non-production environments, including workload management
• Rancher multi-cluster management, Helm chart development and lifecycle management
• GitOps with ArgoCD; CI/CD pipeline integration via GitLab; all IaC changes through Terraform
• Kubernetes observability: Prometheus + Grafana dashboards, ELK / Graylog log aggregation, Alertmanager
• Container security: network policies, RBAC, image scanning, namespace isolation; UU PDP awareness

Good to Have:

• Nginx Ingress controller configuration and traffic management
• Helm-based packaging for microservices at scale
• Exposure to AWS EKS or Azure AKS for multi-cloud Kubernetes strategy
• CyberArk integration for Kubernetes secrets management
• Sonarqube and Jenkins integration in the CI/CD pipeline

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Tencent Cloud TKE and GCP GKE environments; manage node pools, upgrades and cluster health
• Manage Helm charts and ArgoCD GitOps pipelines; enforce all changes through Terraform IaC via GitLab CI/CD pipeline
• Implement and maintain Kubernetes RBAC, network policies, and namespace governance; ensure UU PDP compliance
• Monitor cluster health using Prometheus/Grafana; manage log pipelines via ELK/Graylog; respond to L2 Kubernetes incidents within SLA
• Perform capacity planning, auto-scaling configuration, and resource quota management
• Collaborate with application teams on container onboarding, Helm chart standards and microservices deployment patterns
