Job summary

SIGMATECH is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer in Jakarta to support cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes administration, and workload operations. The role emphasizes reliability and scalable deployments across production environments.

You will work with Tencent Cloud, TKE, Terraform, Git/GitLab, Docker, and monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana, while handling incident management and L2 support.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Tencent Cloud and Tencent Kubernetes Engine (TKE).
• Strong Kubernetes administration, troubleshooting, and workload operations.
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Experience with Terraform / IaC and Git/GitLab.
• Proficient in Bash/Shell scripting; Python is a plus.
• Familiar with Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Familiarity with Helm and Argo CD is a plus.
• Able to provide L2 production and non-production support; strong problem-solving.
