Job summary

Monee is seeking a motivated trainee for an internship in learning and development coordination in Jakarta. You will assist with scheduling, invitations, attendance tracking, and logistics for training sessions, both online and offline.

You'll coordinate with facilitators, vendors, and participants; manage participant records and certification documentation; collect feedback; and help create simple reports and dashboards for participation, completion, and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's program in a related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong written and spoken communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; well organized and deadline-driven.
• Interest in learning & development, HR, or training coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling, invitations, attendance tracking, and logistics for training sessions.
• Coordinate with facilitators, vendors, and participants before and after each program.
• Maintain participant tracking, documents, and certification records for programs.
• Collect feedback and assessment results from participants.
• Prepare simple reports and dashboards on participation and satisfaction.
• Organize training data and documentation for reporting purposes.
• Assist with internal communications and engagement activities for learning programs.
• Support other L&D or HR projects as needed.
