Job summary

Ideal candidates will possess English fluency, a diploma in F&B/hospitality, and at least five years in an international hotel, plus a minimum of one year in a similar capacity, with flexibility in working locations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (oral and written) required.
• Diploma/certificate in F&B/hospitality management is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an international class hotel and at least 1 year in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• To maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in their respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management.
