Job summary

SHANGRI-LA JAKARTA is seeking a seasoned kitchen professional to uphold the high standards of food preparation, service and hygiene across the hotel’s kitchens. You will contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences through disciplined operations and teamwork.

Ideal candidates will possess English fluency, a diploma in F&B/hospitality, and at least five years in an international hotel, plus a minimum of one year in a similar capacity, with flexibility in working locations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (oral and written) required.
• Diploma/certificate in F&B/hospitality management is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an international class hotel and at least 1 year in a similar capacity.
