FACETOLOGY mencari KOL Specialist untuk mengembangkan strategi kampanye influencer, merekrut KOL/influencer, dan mengelola kolaborasi dari negosiasi hingga eksekusi kampanye.

Anda akan memantau performa kampanye dan menyediakan laporan mingguan dan bulanan.

Qualifications

• Pengalaman 1–2 tahun mengelola kolaborasi KOL
• Industri kecantikan dengan jaringan influencer diutamakan
• Keterampilan komunikasi, negosiasi, interpersonal
• Terorganisir, detail-oriented, bisa bekerja di lingkungan cepat
• Mahir menggunakan platform media sosial dan alat pelacakan performa

Responsabilités

• Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi kampanye influencer untuk meningkatkan visibilitas merek
• Mengidentifikasi, meneliti, dan merekrut KOL/influencer yang sesuai dengan citra merek
• Mengelola kolaborasi end-to-end, termasuk negosiasi kontrak, perencanaan konten, dan eksekusi kampanye
• Memantau, melacak, dan menganalisis kinerja kampanye KOL serta membuat laporan mingguan dan bulanan
• Terus mengikuti tren industri dan influencer di sektor kecantikan

As a KOL Specialist, you will:

• Develop and implement strategies for influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement
• Identify, research, and recruit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers aligned with the brand's image and target audience
• Manage end-to-end collaborations, including contract negotiations, content planning, and campaign execution
• Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, providing actionable insights and reporting results on a weekly and monthly basis
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging influencers in the beauty sector

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience managing KOL collaborations, including handling agreements, payments, and campaign execution
• Proven experience in the beauty industry, with a strong network of beauty influencers being a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using social media platforms and tracking tools to evaluate campaign performance, with a basic understanding of reporting metrics such as reach, views, and engagement rate
• Capable of handling multiple KOL campaigns simultaneously and accustomed to working with targets
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
