Facetology in Jakarta is seeking an enthusiastic KOL Operations Intern to support influencer campaigns, handle admin tasks, and liaise with cross-functional teams. You will manage agreements, payments, MoUs, and invoices while maintaining accurate records.

Strong Excel skills are essential for tracking deliverables and costs in a busy team environment. This office-based role at the South Jakarta campus offers exposure to end-to-end influencer programs, requiring meticulous attention to detail

Qualifications

• Internship experience handling admin tasks for KOLs including agreements, payments and MoUs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating across teams and agencies and managing multiple invoices.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including product seeding, scheduling, and delivery logistics.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, deliverables, rates, and payments for KOL collaborations.
• Monitor and track KOL activities, ensuring timely updates and supporting weekly/monthly reporting on content, engagement, and campaign costs.
• Handle administrative tasks for the KOL team, including preparing agreements, MoUs, invoices, POs, and processing payments.

Requirements

• Relevant internship experience in handling administrative tasks related to KOLs, including agreements, payments, and MoUs
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented, strong time-management skills, and able to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in coordinating across teams and agencies and managing multiple invoices simultaneously
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
