Job summary

Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking a creative content professional to turn ideas into memorable campaigns across KOL and community channels. You’ll craft scripts, coordinate production with creators, editors, and designers, and ensure on-brand messaging that resonates with audiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in content or digital marketing, strong storytelling, and hands-on social media experience with Instagram and TikTok. Indonesian and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in content, creative, or digital marketing.
• Strong sense of storytelling, visual trends, and audience psychology.
• Hands-on with social media, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storylines for KOL and community campaigns.
• Coordinate content production with creators, editors, and design teams.
• Ensure every deliverable stays on-brand and drives the intended message.
• Support campaign performance tracking and post-mortem analysis.
• Brainstorm fresh ideas for Reels, Stories, and collabs that boost engagement.
