Job summary

The Blaze Restaurant in Bali is hiring a Cook and Cook Helper to support fast-paced kitchen operations. You will assist with prep, plating, and stock management, while upholding high safety and hygiene standards in a vibrant BBQ house environment.

Successful candidates will have prior Cook Helper experience, strong attention to detail, and the stamina to stand for long periods. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for skill development and career growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cook Helper or similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Good manual dexterity and the physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and develop new culinary skills.
• Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the chef and line cooks in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organised work station, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly cleaned and stored.
• Help with the plating and presentation of dishes to meet the high standards of the establishment.
• Restock and replenish ingredients and supplies as needed.
