Qualificações

• Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff and operations.
• Ensure food is prepared consistently and meets quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls.
• Create staff schedules and monitor labor costs.
• Train and coach kitchen employees.
• Minimize waste and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Handle kitchen equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.

What You'll Do As a Kitchen Manager

• Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff and operations
• Ensure food is prepared consistently and meets quality standards
• Maintain compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
• Create staff schedules and monitor labor costs
• Train and coach kitchen employees

What We're Looking For

• Previous kitchen or food service management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic understanding of food safety regulations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs as needed
• Kitchen management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
