Job summary

Bobobox is seeking a Kitchen Steward to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. You will support the culinary team by cleaning utensils, sanitizing equipment, and managing waste to ensure a safe, sanitary work environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest level of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for food preparation.
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas according to hygiene standards.
• Wash and dry plates, cutlery, and cooking equipment efficiently.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and keep back-of-house area clean and organized.
• Assist in organizing kitchen supplies and ensure cleaning products are stocked.
• Follow safety protocols for handling chemicals and maintaining a hazard-free environment.
