Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant kitchen, café, or hospitality is a plus.
• Able to work in a team and in a fast-paced work environment.
• Disciplined, responsible, with good work ethic, and able to work consistently.
• Willing to work with shift system, including weekends and holidays according to schedule.
• Able to follow recipes, work instructions, and SOP well.
• Open to candidates with or without experience, according to position needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process food according to recipes, quality standards, and KOMA SOP
• Perform ingredient preparation (mise en place) and ensure kitchen operational needs are available
• Maintain quality, taste, cleanliness, and consistency of products
• Store and handle food materials according to standards
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of work area and kitchen equipment
• Support smooth kitchen operations, especially during busy operating hours
• Collaborate with kitchen and service team
• Comply with work schedule, SOP, and company regulations
