Job summary

APP Group in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to develop and manage B2B channels including hypermarkets, supermarkets and Local Modern Trade within West Java. You will drive sales targets, forecast demand, and provide strategic solutions to key accounts.

Join a dynamic, international team and contribute to growth across regional markets. Strong FMCG background and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential for reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field with strong Key Account FMCG background
• Familiar with Hypermarket, Supermarket, and Local Modern Trade channels
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and prepare sales reports properly
• Cover West Java area

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain B2B customer relationships with hypermarket, supermarket and Local MT channels in region to achieve sales targets
• Support sales forecasting and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable business solutions
• Research potential accounts and follow up sales leads actively
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management; maintain and expand customer database within assigned area
