Job summary

PT ATLAS FOOTWEAR INDONESIA is seeking a Production Head/Senior Supervisor to lead the entire shoe production process from cutting to assembly, ensuring daily and monthly output targets are met with cost efficiency.

You will maintain quality standards, supervise floor staff, and enforce K3 safety procedures in the factory, drawing on at least 3 years of footwear manufacturing leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of production head/senior supervisor experience in footwear manufacturing.
• Knowledge of shoe production processes including cutting, sewing, lasting, and assembling.
• Strong and decisive leadership qualities.
• Ability to work under high target pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise entire shoe production process from start to finish.
• Ensure daily and monthly output targets are met on time with cost efficiency.
• Maintain product quality standards (QC) to ensure products are defect-free and meet buyer specifications.
• Lead, motivate, and evaluate the performance of supervisors and operators on the production floor.
• Ensure implementation of workplace safety procedures (K3) in the factory area.
