Haba's Kebab & Grill is seeking an energetic Staff Kitchen member to prepare and cook kebab, grill, and Indonesian dishes in a busy kitchen in Bali. You will pre-prepare ingredients, maintain consistency in taste and presentation, and support the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key traits include basic Indonesian cooking skills, ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to cleanliness and food safety. BPJS and service charge benefits are noted as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience as Cook or Kitchen staff is preferred.
• Able to cook Kebab, Grill, or Middle Eastern dishes is a plus.
• Must have basic Indonesian cooking skills or knowledge.
• Understand basic kitchen equipment usage and food prep procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Kebab & Grill menu items.
• Prepare and cook Indonesian cuisine.
• Prepare ingredients before operational hours.
• Ensure taste, quality, and presentation remain consistent.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area and equipment.
• Follow food hygiene and safety standards.
• Help control ingredient usage and reduce waste.
• Work with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.
