Job summary

Clubtech Global is seeking a Junior Technology Project Manager to connect business needs with technical solutions, shaping our digital products from concept to launch. You will operate with autonomy, coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of PM experience in tech, strong Agile or Scrum familiarity, and excellent English communication. Monday.com and GitHub Projects are core tools in daily use, with a company laptop provided.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for bug reports and triage.
• Manage project tasks and backlog in Monday.com and GitHub Projects.
• Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders with updates.
• Assist QA by supporting internal and UAT testing.
• Analyze team performance and suggest workflow improvements.

Are you ready to be at the heart of our digital evolution? Clubtech Global is looking for a Junior Technology Project Manager to be the linchpin that connects business needs with technical solutions. You’ll have the autonomy to shape our digital products and lead impactful projects from concept to launch.

What You Will Do:

• Issue Triage & Management: Act as the first point of contact for bug reports from Operations, Events, and Marketing. Assess, document in Monday.com, and assign to the appropriate developers.
• Project Task Management: Assist in managing the project backlog and daily tasks using Monday.com and GitHub Projects.
• Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between the technical team and non-technical staff by providing clear, timely updates.
• QA Support: Assist in internal and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and bug fixes.
• Reporting & Process Improvement: Generate insights on team performance and proactively suggest workflow optimizations.

Who We Are Looking For:

• 1-2 years of project management experience in a technology/software development environment (e-commerce or hospitality tech is a huge plus!).
• Proven experience managing Agile or Scrum-based project teams.
• Strong proficiency in Monday.com and GitHub Project Management.
• Professional English Proficiency: Must be able to conduct meetings, write technical documentation, and communicate clearly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to track multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
