Job summary

Clubtech Global is seeking a Junior Technology Project Manager to connect business needs with technical solutions, shaping our digital products from concept to launch. You will operate with autonomy, coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of PM experience in tech, strong Agile or Scrum familiarity, and excellent English communication. Monday.com and GitHub Projects are core tools in daily use, with a company laptop provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of project management experience in tech/software development.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum-based teams.
• Professional English communication required.
• Highly organized with the ability to track multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for bug reports and triage.
• Manage project tasks and backlog in Monday.com and GitHub Projects.
• Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders with updates.
• Assist QA by supporting internal and UAT testing.
• Analyze team performance and suggest workflow improvements.
