Job summary

ClubTech Global is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to deliver user-centered design across hospitality platforms, including FINNS. You will create wireframes, flows, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for multiple products used by guests, venue operators and enterprise partners.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of UI/UX experience, strong fundamentals in layout, typography and accessibility, and are proficient with Figma.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional UI/UX or product design experience.
• Strong understanding of UI and UX fundamentals (layout, typography, color theory, interaction, accessibility).
• High proficiency with modern design tools, particularly Figma.
• Professional English Proficiency: meetings, clear communication, basic design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design Execution: produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups ready for engineering.
• UX & Research Support: assist usability testing, surveys, and feedback sessions; synthesize findings into design improvements.
• Design Systems & Consistency: apply CTG design system; ensure visual and interaction consistency with frontend developers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers in agile delivery.

Are you passionate about creating aesthetically polished and functionally effective user experiences? ClubTech Global is looking for a UI/UX Designer to deliver high-quality, user-centred design solutions across our hospitality technology platforms, including FINNS. You will work across multiple products to shape how guests, venue operators, and enterprise partners experience our digital solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Design Execution: Produce high-quality UI/UX outputs, including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that are implementation-ready for engineering teams.
• UX & Research Support: Support usability testing, surveys, and feedback sessions, and synthesize research insights into design improvements.
• Design Systems & Consistency: Apply CTG's design system consistently and collaborate with frontend developers to maintain visual and interaction consistency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers throughout the agile delivery lifecycle.

Who We Are Looking For:

• 3 to 5 years of professional UI/UX or product design experience (experience designing B2B, enterprise, or data-rich products is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of UI and UX fundamentals, including layout, typography, color theory, interaction design, and accessibility.
• High proficiency with modern design tools, particularly Figma.
• Professional English Proficiency: Must be able to participate in meetings, communicate design ideas clearly, and write basic design documentation.
• A collaborative problem-solver who can incorporate feedback constructively and execute designs predictably.
