Job summary

SIRCLO is seeking a proactive field-support specialist in Tangerang Selatan to assist merchants, resolve issues, and advocate for great service. You will work across chat, email, and on-site visits to understand problems and provide practical solutions.

This role requires strong communication, adaptability in a dynamic e-commerce environment, and the ability to collaborate with technical, product, and warehouse teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to visit warehouses on-site.
• Experience in e-commerce or warehouse operations is a plus.
