Job summary

Whale Cloud Technology Indonesia seeks a Junior Technical Support Engineer (Mandarin Speaker) to assist in delivering telecommunication software projects in Jakarta. The role covers system configuration, business operations, and system upgrades, providing 2nd/3rd line support for existing and new customers.

You will prepare, create and test for various testing phases and liaise with external vendors to aid integration and troubleshooting. Fresh graduates are welcome; Mandarin fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin is a must.
• Fresh graduates or thesis candidates welcome.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
• Experience with MySQL/PLSQL, Linux, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Telecommunication BSS project experience is a plus.
• Resourceful, analytical and customer service oriented.
• Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin is a must.
• Those who are currently completing their thesis or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
• Having one of the technical skills such as database (MySQL, PL/SQL), Linux, Python, Shell script.
• Having experience in telecommunication BSS projects is an added advantage.
• Resourceful, good analytical and problem-solving skills with positive customer service attitude.
• Self-motivated, teamwork and able to work independently.
