Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience in hospitality or fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards and kitchen protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide junior kitchen staff.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Masonry. Restaurant Uluwatu in South Kuta, Bali. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a dynamic hospitality environment. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will work under the guidance of our Head Chef, supporting the day-to-day operations of our kitchen whilst contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This role is integral to maintaining our high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation across all our dining outlets.

What we're looking for :

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional kitchen experience in a similar hospitality or fine dining environment
