PT Midas Software Indonesia is seeking an entry-level sales professional to support the Sales Manager in driving growth in Indonesia. You will identify new prospects across civil, infrastructure, and engineering sectors, present MIDAS software solutions, and respond to initial inquiries.

Responsibilities include coordinating product demonstrations with the technical team, preparing quotations, and maintaining CRM data.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in civil, business, marketing or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Internship or experience in sales, business development, or civil/engineering software is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English are preferred.

Responsabilidades

Support the Sales Manager to execute sales strategies for growth in the Indonesian market.
Identify and approach new prospects in civil, infrastructure, and structural engineering sectors.
Introduce MIDAS software solutions and respond to initial inquiries.
Assist in product presentations and coordinate demonstrations with the technical team.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents, and follow up with customers until closing.
Maintain accurate customer and deal information in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) and report sales activities.
