You will monitor client performance, pursue new business opportunities, and ensure high satisfaction through proactive relationship management and effective cross-selling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1 year of financial industry experience, preferably in relationship management or banking.
• Proven ability to build and strengthen client relationships.
• Strong sales orientation with ability to identify opportunities and meet targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with a team, using MS Office and banking systems.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and develop relationships with bank clients in the Pekanbaru region.
• Identify customer needs and provide financial solutions and recommendations.
• Monitor clients' financial performance and growth opportunities.
• Promote and sell bank products and services to existing and new customers.
