Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 required.
• Fresh Graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
• Strong interest in software quality and understanding how technology works.
• Good logical and analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Able to break down problems into multiple scenarios and edge cases.
• Basic understanding of software testing and SDLC.
• Familiarity with SQL/database concepts.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman is a plus.
• Familiarity with QA automation concepts and test automation practices.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress is a plus.
• Familiarity with QA/test management tools like JIRA, TestRail is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain problems clearly.
• Available for 2 years commitment.
• On-site at Wisma 46, Central Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply software testing practices to ensure applications meet requirements.
• Understand product requirements and identify risks and edge cases.
• Create and execute test cases across features and user flows.
• Investigate issues and provide information to developers to resolve defects.
• Document and track bugs with clear steps to reproduce, and expected vs. actual results.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders.
• Gain hands-on experience with QA tools, API testing, and database validation.
• Develop ability to identify quality risks and suggest testing improvements.
• Work on real-world projects with mentorship and feedback.
