Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with GPA ≥ 3.00.
• 0–1 year working experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Understanding of software testing concepts (test cases, test scenarios, SDLC).
• Familiarity with API testing and SQL; testing web applications.
• WFO in Jakarta (Sudirman).
• High integrity and ethics; fast learner with analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in understanding product requirements and create test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform manual testing of ERP software for functional, integration, and regression.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for selected scenarios.
• Collaborate with QA, developers, UI/UX designers, and analysts to clarify requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Retest and perform regression testing after defects are fixed; run automated tests where applicable.
• Test across development, staging, and production environments; contribute to process improvements.
• Stay updated on testing trends and automation practices.

Job description

• Assist in understanding and reviewing product requirements and business processes to ensure they are clear, complete, and testable under the guidance of senior QA engineers.
• Assist in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and testing documentation based on product requirements and business processes.
• Perform manual testing of ERP software applications, including functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing for new features and existing modules.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for selected test scenarios to improve testing efficiency and coverage, under the guidance of senior QA engineers.
• Collaborate with QA engineers, developers, UI/UX designers, and analysts to clarify requirements, identify potential issues, and ensure features meet expected specifications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting information to assist developers in troubleshooting and resolution.
• Perform retesting and regression testing after defects have been resolved, including executing relevant automated test scripts to ensure fixes work as expected and do not introduce new issues.
• Assist in testing across development, staging, and production environments, and contribute to improving testing processes, documentation, and overall software quality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, testing methodologies, automation practices, and emerging technologies in software quality assurance.

Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Software), or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Having 0-1 years of working experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Passionate about software quality and web/application development.
• Understanding of software testing concepts, including test cases, test scenarios, bug reporting, regression testing, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of Web Application Development and basic database concepts.
• Basic understanding of programming fundamentals and/or scripting.
• Familiarity with API testing, automated testing, SQL and database testing, bug tracking or test management tools is a plus.
• High level of integrity and ethics.
• Fast learner with strong analytical and good problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to identify inconsistencies or potential issues.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and failure, as well as rapid iteration.
• Willing to be full WFO in Jakarta (Sudirman).
