Qualifications

• Entry-level role for a recent graduate or early-career engineer seeking hands-on exposure to project documentation, site coordination, technical drawings, and quality control under guidance of senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager/Site Supervisor in planning and scheduling daily site activities.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to support installation works.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports, material requisitions, and site diaries.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
• Support quality control inspections, checking completed work against approved specifications and standards.
• Track material deliveries, usage, and inventory at the project site in coordination with the site team.
• Assist in the preparation of method statements, risk assessments, and other technical submittals for client/consultant approval.
• Monitor jobsite safety compliance and help enforce safe work practices among site personnel.
• Support the preparation of as‑built drawings and project closeout documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments (Finance, Procurement, HR) to support smooth project execution.
• Attend site meetings and assist in preparing minutes of meeting and follow‑up action items.
• Perform other related engineering and administrative duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
