Job summary

PT Wahana Citra Nabati seeks an Engineer to design, manage and execute projects from planning to finish. You will collaborate across departments, prepare materials estimates, and guide field teams under supervision, while maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s in civil/mechanical/electrical engineering, at least one year in project work, and the ability to work under pressure with strong initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering project environments.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team.
• High initiative and commitment to project goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform design and construction work as directed by the Manager or departments.
• Manage project planning from start to finish.
• Calculate material and service needs for project execution.
• Collaborate with other departments and external agencies for project implementation.
• Guide and instruct the workforce for project execution.
• Check project progress and align with the plan.
• Report project status, results, and pending works to the Manager.
• Assist in maintaining project maintenance.
• Create and maintain technical drawings.
• Enter project data in SAP for external services.
• Track spare parts inventory used in projects.
• Ensure implementation with FSSC 22000, RSPO and SJH standards.
