Job summary

PT Senayan Trikarya Sempana (STS) is a joint venture between Kajima Overseas Asia and Badan Pengelola Gelora Bung Karno, developing and operating Senayan Square properties and the Fairmont Jakarta Hotel. The role targets engineers with a strong MEP background to support site activities in Jakarta.

Candidates with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and experience in MEP systems, CAD, and relevant codes will fit well.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience as site engineer or in a Japanese company background is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, MEP software, and relevant codes (SNI, design codes).
• Familiar with MEP software and CAD.
