Job description

Int Labs designs and delivers consulting-grade learning programs for corporate and institutional clients across Asia. We are hiring a Junior Facilitator whose primary craft is bringing learning to life in the room, and who can build the materials that make those sessions work.

Role Summary

You will design, co-facilitate, and progressively lead, sessions in our consulting-style learning programs (online, offline, hybrid). These range from experiential workshops and business simulations to structured debriefs. Working alongside senior facilitators, the PMO Lead, and project managers, you will also develop and refine the materials you deliver. Over time, you will grow from facilitating modules to leading full sessions independently.

What You Will Do
1) Facilitation & Delivery

Co-facilitate & co-develop workshops with senior facilitators and project managers, then progressively lead modules and full sessions as you master our programs.

Run experiential activities such as business simulations, board games, group challenges, and role-plays, including briefing, rule clarification, and timekeeping.

Lead structured debriefs and reflection that connect what participants experienced to what they will apply on the job.

Read the room and adapt: manage group energy, handle difficult questions, and keep sessions on time and on outcome.

Deliver confidently in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both in person and on virtual platforms.

2) Session Preparation & Material Development

Internalize program content quickly. Study materials, client context, and learning objectives until you can teach them, not just present them.

Build and refine training decks, participant workbooks, facilitator notes, activity instructions, and case studies to Int Labs’ visual and instructional standards.

Translate client documents, Subject Matter Expert input, and research into clear, teachable content.

Prepare and rehearse through run-throughs, simulation dry-runs, and timing checks before every delivery.

3) Program Design Support

Contribute to program design, including learning outcomes, module flow, and experiential mechanics, under the guidance of senior designers.

Research client industries and current learning practice to strengthen session content and examples.

4) Delivery Readiness & Continuous Improvement

Support delivery readiness on the ground and online: room and platform setup, materials, participant communications, and contingency handling.

Coordinate briefings and rehearsals with guest facilitators and Subject Matter Experts when programs involve external experts.

Collect participant and facilitator feedback after each session and turn it into concrete improvements to content and delivery, so each cohort receives a stronger experience than the last.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, Communications, Psychology, or related fields

1–3 years of teaching, training, or facilitation experience, for example as a corporate trainer, university lecturer or teaching assistant, bootcamp or course instructor, workshop facilitator, or debate/MUN coach. Experience with adult learners is strongly preferred.

Proven comfort in front of a group. You have led sessions yourself, managing discussions, handling questions, and keeping a room engaged, rather than only supporting them.

Instructional design fundamentals. You can structure a session around objectives, sequencing, engagement, practice, and assessment.

Solid slide-building capability in PowerPoint or Google Slides, with clean layout and clear visual hierarchy

Fluent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia, at a level suitable for delivering to corporate audiences

Proficient in productivity tools (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Word/Docs)

Willing to travel for on-site program delivery

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities

Nice to Have

Experience designing games, simulations, or role-plays for a learning use case is a HUGE plus

Familiarity with experiential learning frameworks (e.g., Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle)

Experience facilitating virtually with interactive tools such as Miro, Mentimeter, or Slido

Exposure to business topics such as strategy, leadership, soft skill, sales, or customer experience
