Qualifications

• Fresh graduates may be considered for junior/admin-level purchasing roles.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred, ideally in F&B, hospitality, retail, or FMCG purchasing/procurement.
• Experience with vendor/supplier management and inventory systems is a plus.
• Administrative skills – accurate data entry, filing, and documentation (PO, invoices, delivery orders/DO).
• Inventory & stock management – monitoring stock levels, reorder points, expiry dates (perishables).
• Microsoft Office proficiency – Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for tracking orders/costs.
• Basic accounting/finance understanding – reconciling invoices with deliveries, budgeting awareness.
• Attention to detail – critical for avoiding order errors and cost discrepancies.
• Communication & negotiation – liaising with suppliers for pricing, delivery schedules, quality issues.
• Familiarity with POS/inventory software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or F&B systems) is a strong plus.
