Job summary

Fresh Factory in Jakarta is seeking a motivated Operations Associate to support day-to-day store operations, monitor stock, and coordinate with Store, Warehouse, and Operations teams. You will help with stock checks, reporting, and SOP compliance.

Fresh graduates are warmly welcomed; internship experience is a plus. The role is fully on-site in South Jakarta, with emphasis on accuracy, speed, and learning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable/top-tier university in any major; preferably Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with outstanding academic or organizational backgrounds are welcome to apply.
• Internship or organizational experience in Operations, Retail, Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willing to work fully WFO in South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient activities.
• Monitor stock availability, stock movement, and inventory accuracy.
• Conduct stock checks and assist in investigating inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor daily operational activities and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with Store, Warehouse, Operations, and other related teams.
• Follow up on operational issues and support problem-solving activities.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and SOPs.
• Support process improvement initiatives to improve store efficiency.
• Handle operational documentation and administrative activities.
• Perform other tasks related to store operations as required.
