Job summary

PT Tirta Alam Segar in Indonesia seeks a Purchasing professional to manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and indirect supplies in a food and beverage manufacturing environment. You will handle SAP-based processes, supplier negotiations, and ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoices.

Requirements include a minimum S1 degree with 3.00 GPA, at least 1 year in purchasing, strong evaluation of material specs, and willingness to be based in Cibitung (MM2100).

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Purchasing in a manufacturing company.
• Understanding of raw materials and packaging materials in Food & Beverage, including plastic (LDPE, OPP), labels, and cup lids.
• Ability to evaluate quality, suitability, and technical specs of materials, packaging, spare parts, equipment.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• SAP knowledge is an added value.
• Willing to be placed in Cibitung, Bekasi (MM2100 Industrial Area).
• Open to a temporary 6–12-month contract to cover maternity leave.
• Opportunity to become permanent employee.

Responsibilities

• Monitor purchasing administration processes including Purchase Request and Purchase Order through SAP and internal systems.
• Coordinate with users regarding material and packaging material requirements.
• Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best offers in Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service, and Management (QCDSM).
• Ensure material delivery processes run according to schedule.
• Ensure vendor invoices match purchase orders and delivery.
