Job summary

PT Surya Selaras Medika is seeking a Junior Medical Sales Representative to drive market expansion for cardiovascular interventional devices. You will identify new customers, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and promote devices through presentations and education.

The role requires basic English, good communication, and a willingness to learn about medical devices. A valid driver’s license and transportation to hospitals are preferred, with relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Based in the assigned subregion or willing to relocate at their own expense.
• Has a valid SIM A/C and personal vehicle, or is willing to use public transportation to visit hospitals.
• Good communication skills, polite and confident attitude, basic English, and basic Microsoft Excel for sales reporting.
• Willing to learn about medical devices, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
• Background in Electromedical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Radiology, Pharmacy, Public Health, or related fields is an advantage.
• Hospital or medical device internship experience, target-driven work experience, or active participation in organizations and committees is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers and potential users in hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote and sell medical devices, particularly cardiovascular interventional products.
• Provide product information, presentations, and basic product education to healthcare professionals.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily sales activity reports and weekly performance summaries.
• Follow up with potential customers and support the achievement of sales targets.
