Associate Corporate Lawyer - Depok

Our client, a dynamic and expanding legal firm based in Depok, is seeking a talented and ambitious Associate Corporate Lawyer to join their reputable practice. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level lawyer to gain extensive experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters. The successful candidate will support senior lawyers in advising diverse clients, from startups to established corporations, on legal issues ranging from company formation and governance to commercial contracts and compliance. This position is ideal for a motivated professional looking to build a strong foundation in corporate law within a supportive and collaborative environment in West Java. The role is based in Depok with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various corporate and commercial agreements, including service agreements, supply contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex legal issues related to corporate law, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance.
• Support senior lawyers in corporate governance matters, including the preparation of board resolutions, minutes, and shareholder agreements.
• Participate in due diligence exercises for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Assist in company incorporations, registrations, and other corporate secretarial tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and government agencies under the supervision of senior lawyers.
• Manage assigned workload efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge base and professional development initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations relevant to corporate practice.

Requirements
