Murzal & Partners (MNP) in Jakarta is seeking experienced lawyers with a strong background in corporate matters and litigation. You will advise clients on diverse transactions, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and lead teams on complex matters while cultivating important client relationships.

The role requires a minimum of five years of experience, a law degree from a reputable Indonesian university, and fluency in Indonesian and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience handling corporate and litigation matters.
• Bachelor of Laws degree (Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable Indonesian university.
• A valid PERADI advocate licence, strongly preferred.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken.
• Strong academic background with well-developed legal and analytical skills.
• Commercial mindset and the ability to apply legal knowledge in a business context.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
