The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of post-qualification experience, a law degree, and PERADI registration, with strong research and drafting

Competenze

• Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from a recognized university.
• Admission to the Indonesian Bar (PERADI) is mandatory.
• 1-4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian corporate and contract law.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for client drafting.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on corporate and regulatory issues.
• Support governance matters including board resolutions and shareholder agreements.
• Participate in due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
