Description du poste

Carry out day-to-day legal groundwork for clients as directed and under supervision of mid-associates, senior associates and/or partners.

Responsibilities

• Delivering quality work for every task assigned with minimum error/re-work required in all tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Communicating and presenting thoughts, arguments, or analysis to various stakeholders.
• Conducting research (both field and desk) based on the direction of supervisors.
• Conduct drafting for certain technical aspect (e.g., meeting reports, translations, administrative matters, etc.).
• Conduct legal drafting partially based on supervisor direction (e.g., legal memo/submission).
• Developing Minutes of Meeting every meeting or court.
• Facts and documents handling.
• Utilising various growth opportunities (reading, attending courses, seminars, sharing sessions, etc.) provided by Firm to ensure continuous personal improvement.
• Actively complying with the timesheet standard of AHP.
• Other tasks required by the Practice Group.

Requirements

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in law from reputable Indonesian universities within the last 2 years.
• Has a maximumof 2 years of professional experience.
• Has excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Capable of working as a team player.
• Inquiring mind and committed to self-development and continuous learning.
• Capable of understanding and responding to clients’ business needs.
• Able to forge solid professional relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to proffer well-grounded and practical solutions.
