Job summary

Sari Rasa Group is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead operations across multiple F&B outlets in Jabodetabek or Surabaya. The role requires a strong background in casual dining, strategic leadership, and data-driven decision making.

The candidate should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in F&B Services Management, have at least 7 years in the field, and be adept with MS Office and common management software. Travel between outlets is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in F&B Services Management or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of experience in the related field.
• Preferably experience as Area Manager handling multiple outlets (min 3 stores) in F&B Casual Dining.
• Strong analytics, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Familiar with MS Office and program systems.
