Job summary

Henkel Indonesia seeks a Finance Analyst to support monthly close, reporting, tax administration, and audit readiness. You will work with the Financial Controller and regional teams, transforming accounting data into clear analyses for stakeholders.

The role covers journal entries, reconciliations, VAT and withholding tax, and assisting external audits. Bachelor in Accounting with 1–3 years' experience and strong Excel/English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with understanding of journal entries, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• 1–3 years of accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience; strong internships may count.
• Strong English communication and ability to present clearly to regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close activities and prepare variance analyses.
• Review revenue recognition, balance sheet provisions, and reconciliations.
• Support Indonesian tax administration and VAT/withholding tax processes.
• Coordinate with HR, shared services, and regional teams for financial data.
• Assist external audits and maintain audit-ready documentation.
