Job summary

International Global Network is seeking a focused Accountant to prepare consolidated financial reports and support daily finance operations in Jakarta. You will perform bank reconciliations, assist AP/AR processes, and help with tax reporting while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of accounting experience, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or any related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Zahir is mandatory.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work accurately with financial data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain consolidated financial reports.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Support basic tax administration and tax reporting processes.
• Prepare financial schedules, reconciliations, and supporting reports as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
