Job summary

PT Chateraise Gobel Indonesia is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional to manage journal entries, reconciliations, and payments while supporting month-end closing and audit preparation. The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. Experience in high-volume outlets is a plus.

The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Finance & Accounting.
• Experience in F&B, Retail, FMCG, or multi-outlet businesses preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Journals, GL, AP, AR, and Cash & Bank.
• Skilled in bank and account reconciliations.
• Understanding of month-end closing.
• Experience handling high-volume outlet/store transactions a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with accounting systems / ERP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record accounting journal entries into the accounting system.
• Perform regular bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
• Review supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy before recording or processing payments.
• Process and monitor payment transactions in accordance with company procedures.
• Support the month-end closing process and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
• Prepare supporting data and documents for internal and external audit requirements.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of Finance & Accounting records.
• Coordinate with related departments to resolve transaction discrepancies and accounting issues.
• Support the preparation of accounting reports and other financial data required by management.
