Job summary

Timedoor, a Bali-based IT company, is seeking a dedicated Accounting staff to support daily financial tasks and month-end processes. The role requires attention to detail and organization in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist AP/AR, data entry, and maintain records, collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting. A Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting and 1–2 years' experience are preferred; proficiency with Excel is a must.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in basic accounting or administrative support.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with standard formulas.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with good time management.
• Good communication and willingness to learn and support team goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounting Manager with daily accounting tasks and administrative duties.
• Perform basic bookkeeping, including data entry of daily financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Organize and maintain financial records, invoices, receipts, and other important documentation.
• Support the processing of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) by preparing necessary documents and schedules.
• Help gather and compile data required for month-end closing and preliminary financial reports.
• Coordinate with other departments or vendors to collect financial data or resolve minor discrepancies on behalf of the Accounting Manager.
• Handle general office tasks for the finance department, such as filing, email correspondence, and schedule management.
