Job summary

Timedoor, a Bali-based IT company, is seeking a passionate Accounting Assistant Manager to join the finance team on a full-time basis.

You will assist the Accounting Manager with daily tasks, perform basic bookkeeping and data entry, organize records, and support accounts payable and receivable processes.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, 1–2 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting or administrative support experience.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with good time management.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounting Manager with daily accounting tasks and administrative duties.
• Perform basic bookkeeping, including data entry of daily financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Organize and maintain financial records, invoices, receipts, and other important documentation.
• Support the processing of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) by preparing necessary documents and schedules.
• Help gather and compile data required for month-end closing and preliminary financial reports.
• Coordinate with other departments or vendors to collect financial data or resolve minor discrepancies on behalf of the Accounting Manager.
• Handle general office tasks for the finance department, such as filing, email correspondence, and schedule management.
