Job summary

PT Arnawarma Mineral Jaya, Indonesia, is seeking a mine planning professional with 2–5 years of experience to develop and maintain short- and long-term mine plans, perform pit optimisation, and model mining sequences. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geoscience, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in mine planning, resource estimation, or mining operations (recent graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply).
• Strong understanding of mine planning principles, pit optimisation, and resource scheduling.
• Proficiency in mine planning software packages such as Surpac, MineSight, or equivalent tools.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to work on-site and undertake fieldwork in a remote mining environment.
• Preferably, experience or familiarity with Indonesian mining operations or tropical climate environments.
