Provide Japanese–Indonesian translation and interpretation for meetings, discussions, documents, and daily business communication. Support Japanese management and expatriates in communication, coordination, follow-up, and daily business activities. Key responsibilities

Provide Japanese–Indonesian or Japanese-English translation and interpretation for meetings, discussions, documents, and daily business communication

Support Japanese management and expatriates in communication, coordination, follow-up, and daily business activities

Facilitate communication between Japanese management and Indonesian employees/departments to ensure smooth business operations

Translate and prepare business, production, and technical-related documents as required

Handle and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and management information

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Japanese Language, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field

JLPT N2 or above, with strong written and spoken Japanese proficiency

Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a Japanese company

Experience in Japanese–Indonesian translation and interpretation, particularly for business, production, and workplace communication

Experience in supporting Japanese expatriates and/or Japanese management

Strong Japanese–Indonesian translation and interpretation skills

Good knowledge of business and production-related Japanese terminology

Good understanding of Japanese business culture and working etiquette

Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills

High level of accuracy, discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
