Job summary

PT Global Asia Konsultan Indonesia (G.A. Group Indonesia) is seeking a capable support coordinator to bridge communication between Indonesian and Japanese staff. You will organize meeting schedules, arrange travel, translate documents, and assist missions while supporting the recruitment team to find suitable candidates.

This role offers exposure to international business and occasional trips, with bonus incentives and company-provided health and employment benefits.

Qualifications

• Japanese language ability N3 or higher with business communication.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to work with Indonesian and Japanese teams.

Job description

This role involves communicating with the Indonesian team in Japan and bridging communication between Japanese and Indonesian staff. You will arrange meeting schedules and travel plans, provide assistance for missions, support the recruitment team in finding candidates, translate documents and interpret between Indonesian and Japanese as needed, support and report on Japanese training classes, and prepare daily reports. Open to placement in either the Jisshuusei Partnership Division or GA Class Division.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with the Indonesian team in Japan and bridge communication between Japanese and Indonesian staff
• Arrange meeting schedules and travel plans
• Provide assistance for missions (Kumiai / Customer's coming to Indonesia)
• Support recruitment team and find candidates as required in job order
• Translate documents and interpret IDN to JPN and vice versa if needed
• Support and report regarding Japanese training class (for GA Class Division)
• Prepare daily reports

About you

• Japanese language skill minimum N3 Level or higher with good business conversation skill
• 2 years experience preferably in the same company field
• Fresh graduates with related experiences are welcome to apply
• Adaptable working with Indonesian and Japanese
