Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking a coordinator to facilitate the interview process between students and companies, including CV preparation, and to source candidates from Japanese Language Training Institutions (LPK). The role also involves assisting with equipment procurement for the Education Department and supporting teachers in daily activities such as student guidance and after-school programs.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Japanese language education or related fields, possess JLPT N3

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Japanese language education or related field.
• Proficient in Japanese with JLPT N3; N2 preferred.
• Experience teaching Japanese at LPk or similar with culture/workplace etiquette.
• Strong communication and mentoring to guide students toward employment in Japan.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating job interviews between students and companies, including preparing students' Curriculum Vitae (CVs).
• Source potential candidates from other Japanese Language Training Institutions (LPK) and conduct initial interviews for the selection process.
• Manage the procurement of equipment and supplies required by the Education Department.
• Support Japanese teachers in daily activities, including student guidance, daily life supervision, and FMD (afternoon sports) activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Japanese Language Education, Japanese Literature, or a related field.
• Proficient in Japanese, with a minimum JLPT N3 certification; JLPT N2 is preferred.
• Previous experience in Japanese language teaching, preferably at a Japanese Language Training Institution (LPK), with a good understanding of Japanese culture and workplace etiquette.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide students and support their preparation for employment in Japan.
• Willing to be placed at West Jakarta.
