Binus University International in Jakarta is seeking a dedicated coordinator to support its Japanese language program. You will assist in coordinating job interviews, prepare students' CVs, and source candidates from partner institutions.

You will also help procure equipment and support Japanese teachers with student guidance and activities. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Japanese language education or related field, is JLPT N2 proficient (N1 preferred), and possesses strong

• Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language Education or related field is required.
• Proficient in Japanese with JLPT N2; N1 is preferred.
• Experience in Japanese language teaching, preferably at a Japanese Language Training Institution (LPK).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills for student guidance and employment preparation.

Job Summary

• Source potential candidates from other Japanese Language Training Institutions (LPK) and conduct initial interviews for the selection process.
• Manage the procurement of equipment and supplies required by the Education Department.
• Support Japanese teachers in daily activities, including student guidance, daily life supervision, and FMD (afternoon sports) activities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Japanese Language Education, Japanese Literature, or a related field.
• Proficient in Japanese, with a minimum JLPT N2 certification; JLPT N1 is preferred.
• Previous experience in Japanese language teaching, preferably at a Japanese Language Training Institution (LPK), with a good understanding of Japanese culture and workplace etiquette.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide students and support their preparation for employment in Japan.
• Willing to be placed at West Jakarta.
