Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is assisting a Japanese Education (LPK) company in Bandung to find a dedicated Japanese Teacher. You will teach Japanese language and related subjects, guide students in conversation, and support counseling and university/job placement activities.

The role requires JLPT N2 and strong English proficiency, with at least 1 year of teaching experience. Strong communication and a professional work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• High Conversational Japanese (must own JLPT 2) & High Conversational English proficiency.
• Min. 1 year of experience as Japanese Teacher.
• Good work ethics, willing to learn, polite, strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach Japanese language, SSW-related subjects, and other relevant lessons according to the learning program.
• Guide and support students in improving their Japanese conversation and communication skills.
• Provide counseling and guidance for students facing academic, learning, behavioral, or personal challenges.
• Support the job matching process, including interview preparation and communication with prospective employers.
• Plan and coordinate school activities and events together with teachers, staff, students, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with students’ parents regarding academic progress, attendance, and development.
• Develop, evaluate, and improve the Japanese language curriculum, learning materials, and teaching methods.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering student performance, learning progress, and KPI achievement.
• Other duties as assigned.
